The Register Office is closed for appointments.
All death registrations will be by telephone until further notice. We must have the doctors medical cause of death certificate before an appointment can be made. This must be emailed to us from either the doctors surgery or the hospital. The email address is email@example.com
Please telephone for an appointment on 07929 207 911 or email the above address. Please only telephone between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00.
We will require the email address for your funeral director at the time of the telephone appointment.
MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP CEREMONIES
Currently, we will be postponing your ceremony booking until the Government advise otherwise.

The Register Office manages most of its services by appointment only.
In a time of high demand for appointments you must:
•Take the first telephone appointment offered to you.
•Have all the right documentation for your appointment
•Let us know if you cannot make the appointment so that it can be offered to someone else.
