North Tyneside in Bloom

'Virtual' North Tyneside in Bloom for 2020

North Tyneside in Bloom invites residents, businesses, schools and community groups to exhibit the dedication and hard work that goes into maintaining their gardens and outdoor areas.

We wanted to ensure that this hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and, despite the ongoing pandemic and social distancing guidelines, the competition will go ahead but in a slightly different fashion to ensure the safety of residents and our team whilst celebrating our fantastic gardens and communal areas in North Tyneside.

This year, the competition will go ahead virtually, where entrants will be asked to submit pictures of their garden or outdoor areas alongside their application – and judges will decide the winners based on these images.

To enter your garden, complete the online application form below and send pictures of your garden to bloom@northtyneside.gov.uk afterwards

Applications will be available until August 16, then our team of judges will meet to decide the winners based on the applications we've received.

If you have any questions or require further information, call 0345 2000 103 or email bloom@northtyneside.gov.uk.
