Using your images and information

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we are required to request your permission to use your image and/or information for publicity and marketing purposes.

We will only hold photographs, film or video featuring you for two years from the date it was produced. We will only use photographs, film or video featuring you on the communications channels you select below.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to use photographs, film or video you are featured in, you can contact us on (0191) 643 2211 or at commsteam@northtyneside.gov.uk and we will stop using those products with immediate effect.

Where can we use your image?

North Tyneside Council use photographs, film and video in a range of places and can supply those products to the media for use in their publications and websites. Please state on which communications channels you are happy for us to use your image:
