Pay your business rates

Paying by Direct Debit is easy:

• you have a money back guarantee
• it's paid monthly
• you only sign one form and your bank does the rest
• forget queues, cheques and stamps

To pay by Direct Debit use our Online Direct Debit facility or complete the Direct Debit mandate and return it to us.

Call us on 0345 2000 107 (Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 8pm).

Please have your credit/debit card details and Business Rates account number when you call.

You can pay at any of our customer service centres.

Take your plastic payment card to any Pay Point Outlet or Post Office.

To replace lost or damaged cards call us on (0191) 643 2365 or email team.revenue@northtyneside.gov.uk.

Make cheques and postal orders payable to 'North Tyneside Council' and write your name, address and Business Rate Account Number on the back.
