Ruby reads "Little Reindeer Wants to Play"

Ruby from Denbigh Community Primary School agreed to show off her reading skills and read us a Christmas story.

This comes after the launch of the Every Child a Reader report, “The impact of Reading Recovery: ten years after intervention” earlier this month. 

The report shows that the investment in Reading Recovery at the age of 6 lasts for over 10 years, so that almost all pupils catch up with their peers, enabling success in GCSEs and spreading a little Christmas cheer through reading.
