Licensing Cumulative Impact Assessment Consultation

The Authority is of the opinion that in specified parts of the Borough granting any further alcohol led licenses or variations to existing licenses would undermine the licensing objectives set out in the licensing Act 2003. The draft Cumulative Impact Assessment is designed to ensure the councils approach is consistent with the objectives of the Act and we welcome the views of residents and businesses.
