The Household Impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Residents of local authorities in the North East are being asked to complete a voluntary survey into the impact of COVID-19, including views on vaccination, the economy and the easing of lockdown restrictions and social distancing. We have agreed to forward this  to you from your local authority to ask if you would consider taking part in what is a short survey (about 5 minutes) that will be very useful in understanding better the current and longer-term impacts of the pandemic.
