Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) 2022 to 2025 Consultation
Consultation details
We would like to hear your views on North Tyneside’s draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2022-2025 (PNA).
North Tyneside’s Health and Wellbeing Board has a statutory duty to review the existing PNA and to publish a new PNA document by the 1st October 2022. The PNA provides a picture of existing pharmaceutical services in North Tyneside and helps to identify what services may be needed in the future.
The draft PNA has been produced by looking at the health needs of the population, the current pharmacy network and its services, and public views on current services. It has been developed by a stakeholder group that looked at different aspects of pharmacy services.
The draft PNA must undergo a 60-day statutory consultation, the main aims of this are:
To encourage constructive feedback from a variety of stakeholders
To ensure a wide range of professionals provide opinions and views on what is contained within the PNA and to ensure it is accurate
Your feedback will help us to know whether our assessment is correct and help to inform any changes that may need to be made to the document. If you would like to give feedback, please complete this short anonymous survey via the Consultation Survey : North Tyneside Draft PNA below
