Equality includes and affects everyone. As an organisation we are committed to equality, to meeting our duties and to using the feedback we receive to help us work better for our residents.
Our Equality and Diversity Policy was originally agreed in 2017 and in line with good practice is reviewed every two years. We are therefore undertaking our third review and would welcome your feedback on the vision and commitments set out in our current policy. Simply click the link to take part. The consultation is open until 21 February 2023. Its findings will inform the final draft of our revised policy, which will be considered by Cabinet on 27 March 2023.
