Draft Northumberland Square Conservation Area Management Strategy

As part of North Tyneside Council’s commitment to help preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Northumberland Square Conservation Area, we have prepared a draft Management Strategy.

The strategy aims to support the delivery of the Historic England High Streets Heritage Action Zone scheme for the conservation area. Management Strategies inform day-to-day decision-making on planning applications and provide guidance for the management and maintenance of the area in the future and we would welcome your views on our proposals and ask you to complete the annonymous survey below. The survey contains routing so depending on your answers you may not see all of the questions asked.
