NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 22 March 2023.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Street event:

The temporary closure will take place on Amble Avenue, Whitley Bay from No.30 to where Amble Avenue meets Holystone Avenue on the following dates.

2024 

7 April during the hours 14:00 – 17:00     

5 May during the hours 14:00 – 17:00     

2 June during the hours 14:00 – 17:00          

7 July during the hours 14:00 – 17:00           

4 August during the hours 14:00 – 17:00          

1 September during the hours 14:00 – 17:00       

6 October during the hours 13:00 – 16:00   

3 November during the hours 13:00 – 16:00   

1 December during the hours 13:00 – 16:00 

2025

5 January during the hours 13:00 – 16:00    

2 February during the hours 13:00 – 16:00 

2 March during the hours 13:00 – 16:00 

During the closure, traffic should use the adjacent local road network.

Pedestrian access will remain.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine
