NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 15 March 2024

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that between the hours of 18:30 – 20:30 on Wednesday 15 May 2024 the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the time of public event:-

The Clive Cookson Road Race event to take place the following closure will be in place, Murton Lane at its junctions with Brookland Terrace (New York Road) and Sherwood Lane (Murton).

There is no alternative route for this closure.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine
