TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.  The effect of the Order prohibits all through traffic on Melrose Gardens to Melrose Gardens.

An alternate route is available via Ridley Avenue, Lonsdale Gardens, Melrose Gardens.

The Order will come into force on 30 January 2025 for a period not exceeding 1 day.  Works expected to only take a few hours.
