APPROVAL OF PREMISES AS A VENUE FOR CIVIL MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS

The Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to North Tyneside Council for a licence for Land of Green Ginger, Tynemouth as a venue for marriages under section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriages Act 1949 and of the Marriages (Same Sex) Act 2013 and Civil Partnerships under section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnerships Act 2004.  Ref: CG/LW/LGG

A copy of the application and plans may be inspected at the Register Office, Maritime Chambers, 1 Howard Street, North Shields, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. The documents will be available until the application has been determined or withdrawn.

Any person who wishes to object to the grant of approval may do so in writing addressed to Louise Watson at the address below (please quote the reference as above) within 21 days of the date of this notice.
