TEMPORARY RESTRICTION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 15 May 2025.

Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following street during the holding of the Spring and Summer Fiesta events on Whitley Road from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Oxford Street/Victoria Terrace. The closures will be in place between the hours of 5am until 8pm on:

Sunday 6 July

Sunday 21 September

Alternative route is via Park Avenue, York Road, Oxford Street and vice versa.

The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine
