National Junior Lifeguard Academy

Training lifesavers of today and lifeguards of tomorrow.  An exit route from our learn to swim and rookie lifeguard courses for ages 11+.

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

An excellent starting point for a career in sport and leisure. The NPLQ covers all elements of Pool Rescue Techniques, Lifeguarding Theory, First Aid and CPR. 

The majority of our First Aid courses are based at The Parks Sports Centre in North Shields.  We can be flexible with venues and deliver at your venue if it meets our training requirements.

First Aid courses start from only £60 per candidate or we can offer competitively priced bespoke courses for your organisation.

NPLQ courses are priced at £250 for a week intensive course, or lifeguard club offers a pay weekly option.
